Hi! I'm Abby, Owner of Flourish Body + Soul, and I'm so glad you're here. 

Embodiment practices have been a source of healing- a way to come back 'home' to myself. Practicing yoga, mindfulness, breathing practices and more, have brought me a sense of peace, joy, and wholeness- a way to connect more deeply to myself, to God, and to others. That's why I started Flourish Body + Soul. I have a heart to see people living more connected, whole, and healed lives.

My hope is to offer a safe place for exploration. A kind environment where you can learn and grow in whatever ways you need the most. 

my background, education, and certifications include:

• An MSW (master of social work) from Colorado State University

• 500 hr yoga teacher training

• various trauma-informed yoga trainings

• currently studying as a Yoga Therapist with Inner Peace Yoga Therapy

• trained as a coach in the Feminine Wholeness Method™

I teach from a Spirit-led perspective and a heart-centered approach. I invite my students to go inward and use their practice as a way to intentionally grow not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well. I’d be honored to guide you in your journey.
