Weekly offerings::

yoga for healing  *Donation based*

A time to go inward and address the places in us that need some extra attention and subtle healing. This will be a gentle 60 minute yoga class incorporating breath + movement, along with time for intention setting and working on specific goals you have in mind. All levels welcome.

 

FREE yoga IN THE PARK *Donation based*

Let's enjoy the beauty of summer together! Yoga in the park will happen on the last Saturday of each month this summer, starting June 30th! We'll meet at the studio at 8am and walk to the park behind the building. Bring your mat, some water, and a friend! All levels welcome. 

 

Soul Sweat yoga + Movement:

A 60 minute fun and invigorating yoga and movement practice.  Be ready to sweat and experience a fun twist to a traditional vinyasa flow class. We'll work hard and then end with a relaxing and restorative cool-down. This will be a more advanced practice for those who feel comfortable with a one-breath-per-movement yoga practice. 

 

MORNING MOVEMENT + Meditation:

This is a quiet and simple breath and movement practice that's just 45 minutes. This class will help address anxiety and stress through breath and movement, while grounding and centering you through mindful meditation at the end. You'll leave more peaceful and ready for the day ahead. All levels welcome.   

 

EVENING MOVEMENT + Meditation:

This is a quiet and simple breath and movement practice that's just 45 minutes. This class will help address anxiety and stress through breath and movement, while grounding and centering you through mindful meditation at the end. You'll leave more peaceful and ready to wind down for the evening. All levels welcome.   

Holy Yoga

Holy Yoga is experiential worship created to deepen people’s connection to Jesus. This breath and movement class will be an experience that offers an opportunity to believers and non-believers alike to authentically connect to God through His Word, worship and wellness.

 

YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

A 60 minute class where you'll get to experience yoga in a safe and welcoming environment. We'll explore gentle movement, getting into joints and glands, with the goal of finding more peace and balance in body, mind, and soul. You'll learn some basic yoga postures and have opportunity for questions! We invite you to take a breath of fresh air from the busyness of life, allowing a chance for your mind to rest, while welcoming peace, warmth and gratitude inside. All ages welcome and great for all levels! 

 

CANDLELIGHT RESTORATIVE Yoga

A 60 minute restorative yoga will relax and rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul. This is a slow and restorative class that will help you find rest and peace - Great for all levels. 

 

Strengthen + Restore Yoga

After a long and busy work week, how about starting off the weekend with a little yoga to recharge and refresh your spirit for the rest of your weekend? This class will be a combo of 40 minutes of slow flow Vinyasa and 20 minutes of Restorative Yoga. This balanced practice will get you moving and flowing with Vinyasa, but will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed with Restorative at the end of class. Weekend, here we come! Class will run full 60 minutes.

 

AFTER-SCHOOL KIDS YOGA (6-12)

After school on Wednesdays, kids ages 6-12 are welcome to join our kids' yoga instructor Courtney as we explore breath, yoga, and all kinds of fun movement. *This class has options for scholarships. Please note each child will need a release form signed by a guardian. 

 

Morning Yoga for Littles (3-6)

This will be a nurturing space incorporating age-appropriate yoga, storytelling, games and music to encourage your child to be creative and explore yoga in a fun-filled way! This an interactive class for children 3-6. Moms, Dads, or Caregivers are welcome to hang at the studio or join in and play! 

 

Monthly offerings: 

Throughout the month, we'll have a variety of classes, so check the calendar to see which one you'd like to try out!  We'll also have special events and workshops throughout the year - so check back often to see what's new! Our Monday night "Yoga for Healing" is donation-based. Suggested donation $8-15.

Flourishing Hearts: Teen Girls' Yoga + Art: 

This is for the girls! This will be a six week series starting this summer!  We'll spend 75 minutes doing yoga, creative expression projects and good conversation. We'll explore different topics each week - ranging from healthy relationships, to positive body image, self-care, and more! Ages 12-19. *This is a donation-based and/or scholarship funded class. *TSY

 

*TIY means this class is considered trauma-informed yoga and is safe for survivors of trauma and those living with post traumatic stress or other related issues. 

 

 

We explore breath and movement for healing and wholeness. We desire to encounter Divine Love and allow that love to move us into a deeper compassion for self, others, and the world.
